Deeside Golf Club prides itself on our Junior section. With over 150 Junior members, multiple weekly competitions & several group coaching opportunities throughout the week we are the perfect Golf Club for our future generations to learn the game of golf in a safe yet beautiful environment.
We welcome junior non members to attend our golf lessons and coaching groups. All of our coaching programmes and lessons are carried out by our qualified PGA Professional coaches.

Individual Lessons
Junior Golf – Single Lesson
Junior golfers can book in for a one to one personally tailored golf lesson with one of our PGA Professional golf coaches. 30 Mins.
Junior Golf – 6 Lessons – Package
Junior golfers can book our six lesson package to develop their golf skills over a series of sessions. One to one personally tailored golf lessons with one of our PGA Professional golf coaches. 6x Single Lessons.
Group Lessons
Looking to enrol your child onto one of our junior group coaching sessions? We have a variety of golf coaching and lesson options to suit junior golfers of all ages and abilities.
- Junior coaching after school on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 16.00-17.00 & 17.00-18.00.
- Holiday camps in the Easter, Summer & October holidays.
- Our #THISGIRLGOLFS initiative is monthly on a Saturday including coaching, four holes of golf & yummy food in our Clubhouse.
- Monthly flag events on our beautiful Blairs course, supported by TaylorMade, which is a great introduction to golf for our young juniors.

Can non-members book junior golf lessons at Deeside Golf Club?
Yes. Junior golf lessons at Deeside Golf Club are available to both junior members and non-members. Children do not need to be members of Deeside Golf Club to attend individual golf lessons or eligible junior coaching groups, making the programme suitable for young golfers who are new to the club as well as existing junior members.
Are junior golf lessons suitable for beginners?
Yes. Deeside Golf Club offers junior golf coaching for children and young golfers of different ages and abilities, including those who are completely new to golf. Lessons are designed to help juniors learn the fundamentals of the game, develop their skills and build confidence in a supportive coaching environment.
Who provides the junior golf lessons at Deeside Golf Club?
Junior golf lessons at Deeside Golf Club are delivered by the club’s PGA-qualified golf coaches. The coaching team includes a dedicated Head of Junior Development and provides both one-to-one and group coaching for young golfers at different stages of their development.

How much do junior golf lessons at Deeside Golf Club cost?
A 30-minute individual junior golf lesson costs £25. A six-lesson junior coaching package starts from £125 and includes six individual 30-minute lessons with a PGA-qualified golf coach. When does junior group golf coaching take place?
Deeside Golf Club runs after-school junior group coaching during the week, with sessions offered on selected afternoons. Group coaching programmes are usually delivered in blocks and provide a fun environment for junior golfers to develop their skills alongside other young players. Places can be limited, so parents and guardians should check current availability or sign up to be notified when spaces become available.
Does Deeside Golf Club run junior golf camps during the school holidays?
Yes. Deeside Golf Club runs junior golf coaching during the Easter, summer and October school holidays. These holiday programmes give young golfers another opportunity to learn and practise their golf skills outside the regular after-school coaching programme.
Are there dedicated golf programmes for junior girls?
Yes. Deeside Golf Club runs #THISGIRLGOLFS, a dedicated junior girls’ golf programme held monthly from March to October for junior members. Sessions combine golf coaching with playing four holes and time together in the clubhouse, creating a social and supportive environment for young female golfers.
